These terms govern your use of the tunlr app for iOS, created by Pavel Trofimov. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
tunlr is an SSH client that connects to remote servers you configure. The app does not provide, host, or manage any servers. You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to and the credentials you use.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
The developer does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities. No software can guarantee absolute security.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, unauthorized access to your servers or credentials, service interruptions, or any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices, credentials, and servers. The app stores SSH keys and passwords using iOS Keychain and Secure Enclave, but the security of your device and its passcode is your responsibility.
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose or to access systems without authorization.
The app uses open-source libraries including SwiftTerm, Citadel, and WhisperKit, provided under their respective licenses. The developer is not responsible for defects or vulnerabilities in third-party software.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
